The interview process was pretty laid back. Basically asked me a few things about myself and wanted very detail information about my accomplishments and financial value added to my current employer, so they could sell me to the company they are hiring for.

Very easy. My recruiter was very nice and prepared me well by providing me with helpful videos to prep for my online excel test and provided me with a list of STAR behavioral questions to prep for my interview (which some were actually asked during the interview).
The only thing that bothered me was my recruiter’s manager who seemed like he subtly trying to get me to reconsider accepting the offer. Otherwise, I had an easy going experience.
Since then, my recruiter (who is also my representative) has done a great job of keeping in contact with me and any questions I may have she is prompt with assisting me.

behavioral questions mixed with questions specific to my resume and some specific to the position.

The interview went well. Like Randstad but they over state how many jobs they have to get you in the door. They test you based on skills you list on the resume
