- Recruiter call for the 1st phone Sceening - Online personality test then "Math" like questions that is timed - In-person Interview w/ VP the following week - Phone Interview w/ Executive VP the next week - Site Visit This has been a great experience from the 1st initial phone screen. Randstad does everything they can do to make sure both parties are a great fit along with great communication about the process and what to expect.
