Phone screen and on-site, along with a quick test about 45 minutes. Then, a 3rd phone screen with the RVP. The phone screen was with a Practice Director and the onsite was with both the PD and the Managing Director, back to back 30 minute interviews.

Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
