It was a straightforward process with only one interview as it was an intern position. It involved a video call and the interviewer asked about my career goals and why I was interested in Randstad.
Their recruitment team is quick to respond to my application and communicated thru email about my interview schedule. Then as an intern, I only had 1 interview with my unit manager.
All of the process was done remotely, in a timely manner. The were in total three interviews and each one was done by a different member of the hiring team. It was like a discussion - nice environment,
