Fill application and then they call you for interview questions and ask Eylf or child safety based questions. Then tgey arrange video zoom meeting to explain the role and duties. Then fill all tye necessary information abd you r good to go
Efficient but full of smiles. My questions were carefully considered, and so were my answers. They seemed to be experienced with their hiring process, which made me feel like I was in good hands but also nervous.

Group interview about the role and got asked a few questions about what you need to wear/bring on a shift. The interview was about 30 minutes. It was super easy. Everyone at the group interview got offered the job on the spot.
