Dopo un primo colloquio telefonico, dove dichiaro espressamente di non aver mai lavorato per il settore che stanno cercando, al colloquio successivo mi informano che invece stanno cercando persone provenienti dal quel settore. Ovviamente il colloquio è durato 10 minuti con conseguente perdita di tempo
Applied for an HR Coordinator role and it asked me to schedule an interview with one of the Randstad recruiters, Tim Sargious. Received 3 emails & texts reminding me of the interview and I ended up never receiving a call. I gave Tim a call and sent him a follow-up email and no response. Look, I've worked as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment. I understand being extremely busy and running on a tight schedule but you got to find a way to be more respectful of others' time too. People clear up their schedules to take interviews with you (it asked me to clear 30 min) so if you are unable or unwilling to take interview calls then don't have them scheduled in the first place.
It was short and feedback provided through all stages. The hiring manager was very pleasant and adopted a non formal interview style. Information on the internet about Randtad interview questions were helpful.
