I called and set up an interview. When I arrived the person I had an appt. with was not there so I was "processed" by someone else. First they send you to an area in the large open space office to sit in front of a computer monitor. You are told to watch a video about Randstat and then complete an application on line. This step takes about 30 minutes. Next you wait a while and then are "interviewed" by one of their employees. Because the office is one big open space with several desks next to each other - there was chatter between the 3 ladies that were working that day. I was "privileged" to find out that one was getting married, and other chit-chat about clothes and food.
I believe that their primary motivation is to collect a bunch of temp workers so they can make a profit on an ongoing basis, not find permanent jobs. There were even charts of "sales" on a white board clearly visible in the main office area.
Questions d'entretien [1]

Would you be willing to do temp or temp to perm jobs.

The robot on their site asked me to schedule an interview. When I showed up to the interview I was told that it was unnecessary.
All of the interviews I've had with them (about 5 now) have been only 5-15 minutes. The questions are easy but lacking. The recruiters do not seem professional either. I had one woman show up in what was clearly her pajamas and a robe (to a video interview).
I also have been sent automated emails asking me to send in a resume to apply. Then when I did, I was told I shouldn't have applied without "__" experience.
Out of 15 jobs that I applied to, I haven't heard back about a single one. That includes after an interview.
