It was very easy. I applied online and they called me right away to ask about my background and experience and what I'm looking for. Very brief and relax. I got invited to meet in person at their office right away. I came to the office and waited for 20 mins from the scheduled meeting. The good thing was that the staffs were very friendly to me while I was waiting for my interviewer. The in-person interview very relax and easy, other agency would probably ask this over the phone and no need to meet in person and it's kind of repetitive from the online profile. I don't know why they ask the same thing twice. At the end of the interview, they said that there is no job opening match with my profile. Not sure what's gonna happen in the future, we'll see.

I have only received phone call interview and did not give the chance for the second interview. despite my interview answers professional and I got negative response from the authorities.

All over the phone conversation then sent to company for interview. Randstad then called to give offer information, start day, who to meet with and what to expect. Randstad called first day to follow up on the day and give employers feedback to continue.
