The interview process was over the phone. The interviewer, Monique, called me and asked me questions about my resume'. I recently graduated with a Masters of Science in Accounting and worked contract work intermittently while attending school and caring for a mother who had cancer. I explained this to her (Bellevue, WA office).She stated that there was no positions open at the time, even though there was an entry level staff accountant position that was advertised as no experience necessary. She dismissed my experience and my degree stating that they look for people with two years of experience. I asked about the position I applied for and she said the client changed their mind-they wanted experience. Whether that was the truth, I don't know. She didn't really have an interest in what I had to say. Even if I had the experience and length of time they "require", I wouldn't use them for any placements due to the rudeness of their recruiter. She didn't need to bother calling me if I didn't meet their criteria
