2 stage interview (technically 3 if you count the initial telephone interview with the internal recruiter), both interviews face to face, one with branch manager, the other with branch manager and regional director. Overall the process was smooth. Both branch manager and regional director nice people, branch manager has since left the business.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
