J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Randstad (Melbourne) en juill. 2017
Entretien
No one actually rang me, instead all communication was through text messages and emails.
I was shortlisted to stage 1 to complete a series of questions through email and then a few days later I reached stage 2 and I had to complete a "neuroscience" game. I was advised that there was no wrong or right answer, and that it was only to see how I am work-wise. As soon as I completed the online game, I receive an email no more than a minute later, saying that they no longer wished to proceed with me as I did not have the high score that they wanted. I don't know what the "neuroscience" game has to do with Recruitment and Sales - I'd much rather prefer to have spoken to someone in person or over the phone and not through a series of automated texts and emails. I also thought it wasn't fair to judge my competency through an online game. The whole process felt very cold and when I sent emails at the start I never got a reply.

Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture
