I was first screened on the phone. I stress very easily. They made me feel comfortable on the phone. Then came the 1:1 interview. I was more stressed, but again the interviewer made me feel comfortable by talking as much as I did. Obviously it was a good experience, cuz I got an offer.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
