The interview process was a 30-minute virtual meeting. The onboarding was tedious and felt overcomplicated, like there was always something missing. Coming from primarilly community based orginizations in the past, this process felt cold and rushed.
The interview process consisted of an in person interview and on-site testing to test my computer skills and Microsoft proficiency. It was quick and easy followed by a job offer.
