Phone interview, assessment stage which involved three stages - problem solving by two and interview. Very relaxed and asking on pipetting skills and holidays planned for the next three months.

I was brought in with a large group of other applicants and were given an assessment there were 3 stages each one you get 15 mins with 2 sets of paper questions and then the interview. 1st set of questions were related to sequences being able to identify and answer what came next, next set of questions was a practical you get test tube and a sheet of serial numbers and need to find the errors within the documentation all of the questions are pretty basic and ahould be pretty easy.
