Entretien
I applied and received an email to do a one way video interview to answer 5-6 questions. Hate doing those as there is no interaction with a human and you don't have an opportunity to get a sense of culture from the person or ask questions. Very canned questions.
I was then asked to answer 3 questions with 3 - part responses and was required to complete and submit within a timed hour. Still no human contact. They said that was just to get to know my thought process. It was using emails from real clients. Very canned. OVerall a negative impersonal experience.

Video Interview from hireview that consisted of 3 questions. And after submitting get an email saying someone will get back to you if you are a good fit within 24-48 hours
It took over two months to hear back and the email I received was asking to record a video answering various questions. You don’t get to talk to a person, they don’t even afford you that opportunity.

Entretien
Griffin was awesome, really felt like I had my own representative vouching for me throughout the interview process. The feedback given during the mock call was awesome, I love being able to learn from more experienced and talented people, especially ones from a company I already have respect for and will be working with.
