Entretien
The interview process went exactly as portrayed in the initial call with a recruiter, both in terms of steps in the process and the timeline for those steps. Communication was clear and extremely timely. The second interview was a simulated kickoff call with a new Ramp customer. I was asked to lead the call and prepare a deck using materials they sent ahead of time. There was also a written portion of the interview that I was asked to send ahead of time. Everyone was extremely professional, very prompt, and easy to work with.

If a customer had signed up to use our product but hadn't started using it, how might you try to get them to start spending with Ramp?
Video Interview from hireview that consisted of 3 questions. And after submitting get an email saying someone will get back to you if you are a good fit within 24-48 hours
It took over two months to hear back and the email I received was asking to record a video answering various questions. You don’t get to talk to a person, they don’t even afford you that opportunity.

Entretien
Griffin was awesome, really felt like I had my own representative vouching for me throughout the interview process. The feedback given during the mock call was awesome, I love being able to learn from more experienced and talented people, especially ones from a company I already have respect for and will be working with.
