The interview process usually begins with a screening stage where the HR team shortlists candidates by reviewing their resumes. After this, an initial call is arranged to check communication skills and basic eligibility. Candidates who pass this step move on to the technical round, where their problem-solving ability, coding skills, and core concepts are evaluated. Sometimes a managerial round is also conducted to test communication, decision-making, and teamwork. Finally, the HR round includes salary negotiation, company policies, and confirmation of the joining date. Once all stages are cleared, the candidate receives the offer letter and completes the onboarding process.

Interview scheduling was smooth. I attended totally two rounds and both were technical. First round was about the technical challenges. Second round was coding round. Both went well. But rejected at the end
