applied online. they will call you in for a group interview then if you make it through that you will go though interviews with each individual manager. definitely try to make an impression on one who will push to have you in their department. after a few interviews i received an offer.

in the group interview they asked me and the other person to sell each other after talking to the other person. they also asked a lot about how if the brand was important or not.
