I interviewed via Skype, which I wasn't expecting, on campus at my college. Nearly the entire time the women, who came off very nice and energetic, wasn't paying attention, even leaving the screen at times which made the interview a mess for me. It was difficult to pay attention because she kept printing things out and putting papers together. It was honestly a horrible experience.

Interviewed in 2025. CV, cover letter, then assessment centre interview process. AC consisted of an informal group task to see how you work with others. Then also had 1 to 1 interviews asking about your interest in the company, which company values you align with, and typical "tell me about a time..." questions. Lovely employees and everyone was welcoming.
