Honestly very straightforward. When I applied they were just opening the store. Just be confident and show you have a reasonable amount of people skills. Only down side is they tend to hire younger people (mostly teens and some early 20’s).

The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
