They did not let me know I didn't receive an interview until the interview process was over. They do not support what they claim to support and I don't think they are as welcoming as they claim to be. I used to look up to this company but unfortunately I do not anymore.

Interview process is a hirevue asking about how brand reflects you and explaining your interests and what you expect. From there, and if selected, you speak with a manager of a team within the company who is aligned with previous round interests and then you have a conversation with them while also reiterating your qualifications and what you have done in the past.
