I walked in and was offered the position in an unofficial way. I waited for a month after interviewing with the GM and a phone interview with the DM. Interview was easy as long as u van keep conversation going. Most difficult question: How would u feel about having to fire someone and could u do it even if the person was a friend.

How would u address a customer who was stealing.
Without knowing the company policy, that's a hard one to answer. But ur best answer is to give fantastic customer service.
