i applied by email. After screening the resume, they called me to tell the interview schedule. But i had a personal thing so they kindly rescheduled the date for me. There was two interviews. One with team members and the other with team head. Team members were friendly and nice.

The video interview was through hirevue, never heard back following the interview and it has been over two months. The questions were not too difficult. The interview process following the hirevue would have likely been more in depth;

It was a very long interview, with a dialogue and questions regarding the company. They asked about current trends and the last runway show. It seemed like a normal conversation however, also seemed like an exam.

Video recording interview. The interview began with a video, presenting the Ralph Lauren company then there were video prompts and you had time to prepare, and then record. you did not have to record for the full-time.
