Had a phone interview with HR person. The next day she asked me to come for an in person interview at the Toronto office, as the position was based in Toronto. They made me go through 4 interviews with 5 different members of the team, and at the end of the interview they said I will hear back from them. Let me add that, they all asked the same questions, and I had to repeat myself a lot. Even though interview went pretty well, hiring manager said I was slightly "overqualified", which gave me heads up that eventually I might not get an offer. I sent a thank you letter and follow up letter and never got a reply back, not even to say "thank you but at this time we have decided to go for a different candidate". Very unprofessional and unorganized.
