Very Simple process with the interview. Had an interview in the middle of the week and came in the store. The questions were more about who you are and hows your availability. What skills can you bring as a sales associate. Big question was what you think is good customer service. Nothing overwhelming and standing the entire time on the floor.
Interview was pretty relaxed and straightforward. They asked about my customer service experience, how I handle sales, and working in fast-paced environments. Overall, it felt comfortable and gave a good sense of the role.

Mainly inquired about availability and asked a few questions surrounding customer service (i.e “Explain a time you had bad customer service” & “Explain a time when you gave good customer service.”)

Explain a time you had a bad customer service experience.
It was a casual, and short interview. A very quick discussion about what the job required. In 15 minutes , I was checking incoming merchandise. I was pricing tagging goods, for the sales floor.
