I did Several times of interviews including coding tests. In the first interview, we are talking about the background and describing why we want to work at this place. After that, we were given the coding test. The test was quite difficult. However, the interviewer was very nice.

There are 3 rounds interview and 1 coding test, I got notification that the position reaches the head counts after I passed my 2nd interview. It was so weird for me.

There are four stages in the interview process. Codility test and technical interview are done simultaneously, so the deadline of codility test is 2 days before the interview. I applied on the website. 1. CV Screening 2. HR interview 3. Codility test 4. Technical interview

HR interview : 1. Why do you choose Rakuten mobile? 2. Why do yo apply for this position? 3. (Note:junior engineer is comprised of different positions such as data scientist, etc) If you're accepted, but you're assigned in different position that you aren't expected, do you still want to accept this offer? 4. Can you speak Japanese?
