The 1st round of interview went very well for half an hour.Lot of technical discussions happened and interviewer was very happy about me and said he is processing for 2nd round. 2nd Round interview went for half an hour, And interviewer is child,no maturity and no IT culture he even don't know how to handle interview.I never saw this kind of person in my career. Vasishta is his name. I had very good opinion about Rakuten before this interview. How management allow these kind of ppl to conduct interviews.Technically he is zero, and tried to manipulate my answers.
