The first interview was a timed video recording. It consisted of four or five general questions, but watching the clock tick down added extra stress to the process. This was followed by two Skype interviews with a couple technical questions, but mostly questions to judge if I would fit in with the company culture. They provided two books written by the CEO and had me critique both books. After 1 month I was told I would be offered the position, but I had to wait an additional 4 months before I received a formal offer letter.
Started with a web test. Did not pass all the test cases but 2-3 weeks later was invited to the first interview via skype. After completion was invited to an on-site interview immediately after.

Entretien
First round requires a video interview with predetermined questions, and a simple coding exam on codility. They told me that I was accepted into the second round of interviews. I never got the invitation to take the interview. It was postponed indefinitely, and eventually they told me that the positions were filled.
They will contact you via email and will send you questions prior to the recorded interview. I will accomplish the interview this week. Once the recorded interview is done, I'll go back and edit this with my experience.
