I met with four of the team for 45 minutes per person, everyone was really friendly, came back for one more 1:1. We went through my history and experience, and how this could be applied to the role.

quick, easy, asked real questions not ones like "how do you deal with X" they knew what they were saying. it felt like they were paying attention and wanted to hear what I had to say
