Usually you will have two times of interviews.
After the interviews, in case if you can not get a proposal, sometimes the stuff suggest you how about applying some other position as an executive assistant at Rakuten.
But it seems that it will never be any benefit, it is all equal to other candidate.
Additionally, the culture and needed personality is very different from each Company at Rakuten, for example, E-Commerce Company and Media & Communications Company.
