I had heard good things about Ebates until I applied for them. They clearly do not value or respect their candidates. The recruiter rescheduled me twice for a phone screening, then half an hour before the call, emailed me to say that they had already hired someone for the role. If you are already in the final stages with a candidate, don't string other people along. It is completely unprofessional and shows the blatant disregard that the company has for its applicants and possibly, employees.
