One round of Skype with Head of products as filter, then COO, VP, CEO..... Then the recruiting company speaks to you, and says we will close the position in 2-4 weeks.... After which there is a complete silence.... When you follow up, they say it was not shortlisted to the next level.... How astonishing.... How can it go to so many levels after not getting shortlisted?
