Chaos. Because there is no standard, no process and no policy for how to get a talent employee. Also because the interviewee is not qualified in some cases. Basically you need to be able to speak English, Japanese on the other hand is not required, because some interviewee can only speak English in some cases.

I suggested languages which I can use and the interviewer said JAVA is required. If you are familiar with the JAVA language, the interview will be easy. If you are not so, it will difficult.
