The recruiting manager, Mark, was by far the best part of the interview experience. Not only was he helpful and responsive all the way through the process, but he had also reached out to me for this position. After an interview I had done before didn't work out, I was contacted by Mark for this position because he left that I would be a better fit here. The first part of the interview was a take-home challenge that involved writing the front-end code for a given example API. The proceeding steps were: technical phone screen, and onsite visit. I actually accepted another position mid-interview so I was unable complete the full process with Ebates.
