I applied through indeed.com and was contacted by Ebates via email. The process was straight forward, first received an email with basic screening questions. Shortly after that I received a technical assignment, once that was submitted and found to be acceptable I had a technical phone screening (about 45 minutes). I was then invited on site for three one hour interviews. One soft interview with management, one technical interview with the QA team and also one technical interview with a developer. Over all the interview process was fairly smooth and straight forward, although the three hours of interviewing seemed a bit excessive.

Terrible online test which made no sense for applied position.
The interview process began with an online test that was poorly designed and irrelevant to the position I applied for. The questions were confusing and did not align with the job requirements, making it feel like a waste of time.

Total four rounds was there, two technical and one managerial and one director round was there, it was pretty straight forward, and very easy to crack for any one with basic knowldge

Entretien
There were 2 people one lady and one gent who joined recently. I’m more experienced than the lady who actually taken the interview.
Asked the QA related questions, SQL questions and some API related questions ( which are not my area ).
Answered all questions and provided examples too except for 2 API questions out of 4.
Took 1 hr of my time.
Later recruiter told that they are not moving ahead with the candidature saying that they require 150% great candidates.
