Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager and another employee, then a take-home Excel/SQL test, then a 4-hr on-site meeting with a wide range of people you may be working with, and finally calls with more senior-level managers. Very thorough because they're building a great analytics team.
