Had one interview with the Director of Operations and it was really casual/laid back, questions to get to know you outside of work but also basic questions about the role. She was very nice. I didn’t hear anything back until I followed up one week later and they had found someone to fill the immediate need for the role. Despite not getting the job it was still a good experience!
