I submitted my application and a few days later, I received a call from the store OM. They asked me a few questions, and I was hired on the spot over the phone. They then emailed me my background check forms and gave me my orientation date.

The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
