It was fast and easy, I applied online and less than a week later the hiring manager called me and asked if i could come in for an interview the next day, I went and he asked me 3 questions said he really liked me, told me how much i was going to get paid and said he'd send me an email with all the rest of the stuff i needed to get filled out.
