I applied to a canes that wasn't open yet and I got called to set up an interview about a week and a half later. The meeting was at a hotel and you will usually get interviewed by two people at once. They were very friendly and very laid back made me feel at ease. Make sure to act bubbly and smile a lot but don't look too fake. They're looking for fun personalities for sure. When they say tell you about yourself and you have never had a job before make sure to add your school activities so they know you have worked in a group.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.

Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.

It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
