Weird Experience to be honest.
Applied on the portal and an interviewer reached out after a couple of days to schedule an HR screening. On HR Screening the discussion was mainly about previous experience, position suitability, visa, salary, etc. and after a couple of days, they invited me further for interview with a Senior Developer. This round was pretty confusing as interviewer asked half-cooked questions and expected answers on them. Majorly in various architecture questions and basic technology on your resume. Cleared this round as well and was asked to complete a tech assessment. Completed that successfully within the allotted time very neatly but Raisin team did not revert for a week nor did they review the assessment. Suddenly I received an email that we have filled up this position with another candidate and All the best. Why not communicate it earlier and stop wasting time and be truthful about process?
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
1. Architecture questions, how to improve overall? Back up statements with logic
2. Core Java Questions, basics twisted in a scenario , where you need to improve
3. Tech assessment about developing an async service
It consisted in about 5 interviews including technical challenge. The process takes about 2 months. Why is it needed to write at least 30 words to describe a recruiting process?

First there was a recruiter call. The questions were to assess the fit for the position. Secondly, there was a technical interview with Engineering lead. After this there was a coding challenge. The coding challenge was pretty challenging and interesting. After that there was another technical interview about coding challenge and team fit. Finally there was a meeting about the offer.
