I applied online. I heard back from HR about a week later to set up a 30 minute phone screen where I discussed my interest in Raftelis and the role. A few weeks later, I had a virtual interview with the team I would be working with followed by an on-site skills assessment test the following week. After not hearing from the team for a few weeks after the on-site skills assessment, I sent a follow up email asking about my status and was told that they selected someone else for the role. Overall, the interview process was relatively simple and stress-free but I would have appreciated a status update after the final interview.

3 rounds of interviews - first was with HR, second was with a manager, third was with 2 VPs. Pretty standard and exactly what you would expect for a consultant interview.
