The interview process was fast to the point of suspicion. Their recruiter reached out to me on a Tuesday, I interviewed once on Wednesday, once on Thursday, and was offered a position by Friday. Based on my experience, Raft is more concerned with posting high growth numbers than it is hiring the correct people for the job.
