Tougher than expected interview! They asked a priority question that I was not prepared for so make sure you are critically thinking during the interview. It also seemed like they asked the same question in four different ways which tripped me up.

Interview process was lengthy. Once I had the initial interview with the hiring manager over the phone which was super conversational and easy, I was scheduled for a panel style interview via Zoom since I lived out of state. 4 weeks later I checked in with the hiring manager for an update since I had not heard back and it was at that point that she let me know that they offered the role to someone else.

Easy interview process, asked all the standard experienced RN questions and 2 scenario based questions. Make sure to provide answers using the STAR method. Manager was kind and receptive during the interview process.

the process wasnt bad, scenerio questions and personality type questions. It took about 30 minutes total and it was a panel interview with managers then with staff nurses for the second interview. The second interview was more relaxed
