The 1st interview with the HR manager was ok, had to wait for awhile and the process took around 30mins. I was then notified for a 2nd interview which I was required to do a test, followed by a short interview with the PA then later with the ladyboss. All was fine until the interview with the ladyboss, she made things difficult and put me down by saying my answers are quite bad. I was asked to explain 2 chart bars, company A and B, with one higher than the other. Could not answer so she asked her PA who sat in with us in the interview to explain to me. Next, she want to test my memory and asked me to list these 7 characteristics in accordance to what I feel is most important for the job that I want to take on. She mentioned these 7 characteristics once and I had remember it all. After I told her my answer, she said its not good, but still offered me a job with a huge pay cut. Did not accept it of course. Definitely would not want to work under such a person. Felt that I have wasted my time over there.
