I was contacted via email for a phone screen. They provided a link to choose a date and time, which I completed. I was ready and waiting for a call at my scheduled time but never received one. I waited 15 mins before sending a follow up email to the person who had contacted me asking if there had been some mistake. I never received a response. I felt the whole thing was very unprofessional.
