Was interviewed three separate times. Each time two or three people interviewed me. They also tested my writing skills, my analytics knowledge, and asked technical SEO questions. The first interview lasted the longest. The second and third were followups. I also asked them questions and they seemed to like that I had done my research and knew about Radd. For this position they were looking for someone with a lot of SEO experience, not someone they would have to train.
