The interview process for the exec position consisted of 4 stages. I first had a short phone interview before I was invited to the office for an interview with the HR. The questions were the standard ones, nothing unexpected and lasted about 40mins. I was then called for a 3rd round where I had to undertake 2 short tests and met with two project managers who were really lovely. It felt more like a discussion than an interview and it was nice to meet members of the team to get to know more about the job and responsibilities. I didn't make it to the final stage but the 2 final candidates were going to meet clients.
