Pathetic experience.... Called for an interview at a scheduled time.(Not a walk-in) Reached, waited only to hear that interviewer does not have time and I should go back. She will update me with available slot. Asked if there was another reason to which she said no. Didn't get an update and tried to follow up via emails and calls however could not get any. Tried with the person who referred me only to know that the resume was not shortlisted that too after a week of follow up via a different channel. Why did she schedule an interview when the interviewer did not have time and my resume was not shortlisted.
