I got an email two days after applying online and got scheduled for an interview for two days later after a phone interview. I walk in there and the employees tell me to go ahead and sit down in a seat. I sat by the ice cream waiting 45 minutes before the manager came out. The manager had told me I had to move because that space is only for their customers to sit. I gave him my resume. He then started asking me typical STAR method interview questions, and I bumbled a bit, but I remembered to smile and look him in the eyes. He kept nodding and looking elsewhere, very uninterested in what I wanted to say. Simply told me after answering about five questions that if I got the job, he'd call me tomorrow. And if not, well.. And here he made a weird scrunching face. He didn't call. It sucks because I did have experience.

The process takes time. Applied then didn't hear back for two weeks then received an email for a phone interview, and then week later did an in-person interview. The questions for the job are basic. Can you work with people? Can you be on your feet all day and hustle etc.
